I'm looking for a mod or hack that will let me play breath of the wild in 60 fps. I've seen a couple of videos, but none of them have links to the download itself. Edit: I found one that works under yuzu mods.

So I have read a bunch of posts and I see that there are two mods - fps++ and static fps I'm confused at what to choose because some comments say that you need to run the fps to be able to lock it and other comments saying that it's better than the fps++ mod. And the posts are also a couple of months old. My laptop only gives me 5-10 fps.
One of the Divine Beasts (the lightning one) flies off in to the distance at 60fps where you cannot get them, although not everytime. The game runs great at 60 FPS with very smooth game play. There's only one problem. The actual speed of the game is literally slowed down. Link and everything else that moves moves at like 60% of normal speed, but music and navigating menus are completely fine. When I turn off the 60 FPS mod there is no issues, but the framerate is lower.

Nor yuzu. 60fps is something that needs more finely tunes than the current mod is able to do. It's mainly why cemu is the recommended experience for botw.
